Privacy notice

Horario is operated by Innovate Invest OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (registry code 14504365), registered at Asuvere tee 7, Tihemetsa alevik, Saarde vald, Pärnu maakond, 86201, Estonia. For anything in this notice — questions, requests, complaints — we're the data controller and you can reach us at privacy@horario.io.

Right now this is a marketing and early-access site. The only personal data we deliberately collect is what you type into a signup form:

• Your email address — so we can send you early-access builds and product updates. This is the reason you gave it to us.
• Signup source — a short label for which page or call-to-action you signed up from (for example early-access or pricing-hero), plus the time you signed up. This tells us which messages resonate — it is not a profile of you.

The lawful basis for this is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)): you asked to be kept in the loop. You can withdraw it at any time, and doing so is as easy as it was to give — see your rights below.

Waitlist signups are stored in a Supabase database hosted in the European Union (region eu-west-1, Ireland). The site itself is served by Vercel.

The form on this site can only add a signup — the key shipped in the page cannot read, change or delete the list. Access to the stored list is limited to us as the operators of Horario. We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

These providers act as our processors, handling data on our instructions to run the service:

• Supabase — database hosting for the waitlist (EU region).
• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics (see below).

If we later add an email delivery service (e.g. Brevo) to send those early-access updates, we'll list it here before your address passes through it.

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and there's no cross-site tracking. To understand which pages people read, we use Vercel's aggregate, cookieless page analytics — it records anonymised page views and referrers without building a profile or following you across other sites. Because it sets no tracking cookies and stores no personal identifiers, it needs no cookie banner.

We keep your signup until Horario is publicly launched and you've had the chance to become a user, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted, we remove your address from the waitlist promptly.

Under the GDPR you can, at any time, ask us to: confirm what we hold about you and give you a copy; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; or hand it to you in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent, which won't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

To do any of these, email privacy@horario.io from the address you signed up with and tell us what you'd like — no special form needed.

If you think we've mishandled your data, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Estonia that's the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

As Horario grows — accounts, the desktop app, invoicing — we'll update this notice to match and change the "last updated" date at the top. The desktop app is designed to keep your activity data on your own device; when that ships, its data handling will be documented here and in the app.
