Auto-tracking

  1. Give each task a few rules.

  2. Just start working. Horario starts the timer, or asks first if you prefer.

Set an hourly rate for a task or folder and Horario works out the revenue. When the work is done, export a CSV or PDF report and send it to your client.

    Horario needs no connection to track, so it works the same on a train or a plane.

    Horario notes only the app, window title, website and file in front of you. It never uploads that record, and you can delete any part of it.

  • Automatic backups

    Horario backs up your data every day and keeps the last 30. Pick the folder yourself, such as one your cloud drive syncs, and restore a backup in a few clicks.

  • Away from your desk

    Come back from a break and Horario asks what to do with the time: keep it, stop the timer when you left, or stop it and start another.
